# Uploads by Email

On your Dashboard, there is a copy icon:

If you click that icon, you will be able to paste that email address into a mail client such as Microsoft Outlook. If you then attach PDF or DOCX documents to an email, or forward an email with PDF or DOCX attachments, those documents will automatically be filed into Aerofiler.

Upon filing, Aerofiler will perform a full text extraction meaning that you and other users will be able to search the text of those contracts.&#x20;
