# Reminders

**General Reminder Settings**

General Reminder Settings are used when you wish to create reminders for all contracts which have a contract term set:

You are able to configure reminders for a set number of days in advance of:

* Each renewal or expiry date
* Each notice deadline

You can also disable these reminders by toggling the "Enabled" switch.

**Reminders for Dates in Documents**

This card shows reminders that have been set for individual documents. In this card you can:

* Click on the link to view the file
* Set a note for the reminder
* Delete the reminder
