# Cancel Signing Preparation

Signing preparation can be cancelled even after a contract has been fully approved. If you are the signatory and wish you reject the contract for further approval, click the "Actions" button and then choose "Cancel Signing Preparation":

Enter a cancellation reason:

If wish to send to a step rather than back to the beginning, click "Send to Specific Step":

A dropdown will appear allowing you to select a specific step in the workflow:
